The Lubbock Dream Center exists to see social and spiritual transformation come to our city. We desire to see the hearts and minds of people transformed by the Word of God and by the love and acceptance of the body of Christ. We take people from dependence to a place of responsibility by meeting people’s basic needs and building relationships with them. This opens the door for spiritual needs to be met, which in turn brings social transformation, resulting in life pattern changes, economic rise, and neighborhood improvements.
The New Legacy Home for Women is a discipleship program for women. Our program is safe, free of charge, non-government funded, voluntary, and faith-based. We serve women exiting the criminal justice system who desire a positive change in their lives, as well as women who need to move out of habits caused by drug and alcohol use, issues of anger, failure, rejection, and doubt. Single moms, abused women, and women needing to get a GED or job skills are all welcome.
Pursue Missions began with a simple vision in 2007 of spreading the message of missions and God’s heart for the world throughout the area of West Texas. What started out as a once a year conference quickly grew into other areas of training, mobilization, and sending. Pursue has grown from an event to a movement and now serves as an umbrella 501(c)(3) organization for 10 missionary families and connects with nearly 40 partners around the world.
With Lubbock being a sanctuary city for the unborn, Church on the Rock wants to continue its stand for life. Adopt Lubbock was born with a desire to see children supported and cared for outside of the womb. Due to the rising costs of private adoption and the numerous hurdles within foster care, we want to come alongside families to support them financially, emotionally, and practically as they open their homes to children in need.
